STUDIO USAGE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS OF STUDIO USE:

Both studio members (LA Influencer Club, Creator Plan Members, Brand Partners) and one-time renters shall be referred to in these terms as "Renter"

LENGTH OF USE

Your session time starts from the moment, the first person of your crew comes into the studio and ends when the last person of your crew leaves the studio. (The time you need to set-up is part of your session. Please consider the time needed for set-up/prep when booking). Any Renter that goes 15 mins past the original end time of their booking will be charged for an additional hour.

Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. The equipment must be arranged to the approximate previous positions. If the studio requires additional cleaning after your session, or there are any hard-to-clean material (e.g. glitter, oils, spills, confetti, make up, etc) left anywhere in the studio after Renter’s session, Renter will be charged a $60 cleaning fee

OVERTIME

Bookings that extend 15 mins past scheduled booking end time will be charged $125 per hour.

PAYMENT / FEES

Rental Fees or Monthly membership fees must be received prior to your studio bookings.

Two continuous light soft box photo lights are provided with your studio rental, unless additional lighting has been previously approved via email.

All backdrops/seamless paper are free unless using for full body shots. Any damaged or dirtied paper is charged at $15 per 8 feet. Staff will ask if you will be using paper for full body shots prior to your payment. This cost goes back to the purchase of more paper for your use.

LENGTH OF MEMBERSHIP

All studio memberships require a 6 month minimum commitment. You may not cancel within 6 months of signing up. After the initial 6-month term is up, membership becomes month-to month and will continue until canceled by the member. After the 6 month term, membership may be canceled with 30-day notice via email to: info@socialset.com

ADDITIONAL RULES

Alcoholic beverages or drugs are NOT permitted in the studio. No smoking or vaping in the studio or building is permitted. If client, or anyone in client’s party is found smoking, the shoot will be immediately terminated and client will be asked to leave. No pets are allowed in the studio without authorization from SocialSet staff. No More than 6 people in the studio at one time without authorization from SocialSet staff.

DAMAGE

Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to property or equipment that occurs during the time Renter or his party occupies the premises. Renter agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Renter/member agrees to pay for damage to the premises including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, or painted surfaces.

Use of SocialSet Studio and Equipment, owned by Casaemanta LLC , is AT RENTER’S OWN RISK. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to leave the studio, equipment and adjacent grounds in the same condition, as they were when Renter arrived. Renter is solely responsible for any legal infractions Renter or members of Renter’s party make during the conduct of the shoot, be they in our studio or elsewhere. This includes parking tickets, all other violation or citations, and legal action resulting from the conduct of the shoot, taken at whatever time. Renter agrees to hold harmless SocialSet Studio / Casaemanta LLC , its owner, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on behalf of SocialSet Studio/Casaemanta LLC for any loss, accident or injury to Renter’s self or anyone who accompanies renter while on our premises.

Renter understands that if SocialSet Studio observes dangerous or negligent practices or activities that are being engaged in by the Renter and/or the Renter’s party, SocialSet Studio reserves the right to stop the shoot and require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately – HOWEVER, Studio assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases. Renter agrees to hold SocialSet Studio, its agents, representatives, and anyone acting on behalf of SocialSet Studio completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from Renter’s conduct. Renter is solely responsible for verifying that all persons employed by Renter during Renter’s rental period with SocialSet Studio are of legal age for the activities they are to be engaged in. SocialSet Studio has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the Renter’s activities.

SocialSet Studio is not responsible for any personal items left behind in the studio by the Renter or Renter’s party. If items are left without notice, it will be disposed of at the end of the Renter’s booking.

By signing up for membership or booking the studio via website or any online platform (including peerspace), renter agrees to all the terms above.
