A guided journey through movement, rhythm, and release. Each session begins with a grounding body scan and check-in, followed by 50–60 minutes of dynamic movement set to an eclectic mix of music. We start with fluid, full-body movements to awaken the joints and muscles, then ease into low-impact aerobic sequences with elements of dance and yoga. The intensity builds naturally—peaking with an energizing burst in the middle—before winding down into deep stretching and relaxation. We close with a reflective check-in, leaving you feeling connected, refreshed, and recharged.
